Bunker Skybox Buildbox
The Bunker skybox features a super low prim count of just 18 (30 including the bunker props) and includes three rooms a hallway and a bathroom. Customize the skybox to your liking with 5 different textures. that include normal and specular maps. The skybox easily fits on a 512m parcel.

... if the texture wasn't so bad. Clearly, that guy made it on a small model and didn't check what it would do when done bigger.
All textures are trashes ... Sad.
Building is what I wanted, just shame about the black wall surrounding it
To be able to use this as an actual building in your world instead of a skybox, there is a huge black void around it and to remove that removes all the walls. A bit of editing and building allows you to build a nice new bunker entrance but just quite annoying otherwise i would have offered 5/5
