This is a great house for a small parcel with 4 spacious rooms.
Only 43 prims and a footprint off 16x30 mtr.
The inner walls are easy to remove ( or deleted) without damaging the rest of the structure.
And you can custumize the house the fit your needs because its copy and modify enabled, so you can add your own wall papers if you want.

ALL my buildings are BOXED, COPYABLE and AUTOMATICALLY, MENU DRIVEN, UNPACKED.

If this is NOT the case, then something went wrong on delivery, just send me a NOTE and ill send you a new box.
So don't give a bad review for NOT unpacking or other UNPACKING problems with the buildings.
