Add some style to your airport with this 1930's-styled Rotating Beacon tower.
The Rotating Beacon Tower's dimensions are approx. 4 x 4 x 13 meters and is 20 Land Impact.
In your package you should have:

Texture - Ladder
Template - shadowBeacon

We suggest the following Graphical preferences enabled:
Advanced Lighting model - To view Projection lighting
Alpha Masking - To view the inside struts of the tower without alpha bleeding.
***Please note that the Beacon Rotor is and should remain as a separate object for the rotation to function correctly.

I was looking for a beacon tower more as a background structure rather than a functional beacon so fortunately the beacon itself could be edited to unlink and delete the light cones and light producing prims. My only suggestion would be it would nice to have an option to click the beacon on or off and hide or show the light producing elements but it's easy enough to modify. While the lighting effects are nice I found them a bit too distracting when on constantly. I think the lighted beacon looks good enough without the light cones.
