The Kanchi sari is an authentic sari. What that means is... 6-9 meters of untailored fabric that is draped around the body in various styles to create this sensual figure hugging ensemble.
This style is called a "kanjivaram' which is a style popular in Southern India. Made from mulberry silk and gold thread, it is typically worn for festive occasions.
