➤ LOD depends on your viewer. This item is tested with Firestorm.
This house is built with mesh,
➤If you resize or/and unlink a mesh could increase the prims count.
➤House is linked and setted to optimize the LI count. Of course item is mod, so you are able to unlink it, but keep in mind that this could increase the LI.
➤Mesh textures dont work like textures of prims, because usually mesh have only some faces or just one.

Meanwhile Inverse : " Yeah so I made this, yeah, full mesh, tons of customisation, cool scripts too... Oh and you can fully furnish it too with animations if you want but your choice! It's the same price anyway! What? how much? nah bruh, just give me 449L$ and we're good!"
I usually buy them in-world (great demo-rez area, go check it out!) but I bought this one her just to give it a 5 stars ! Great products , great prices as always!
inVerse never disappoints, and the Dubai is no exception!
I'm really impressed with the Dubai. It is well designed, attractive to look at inside and out. I am impressed also with how well made it is, not a mess of mesh, but really well thought out and put together. I build myself so appreciate it when a builder makes something that can be customised to suit the owner, and this is great because it allows you to adjust the design without breaking it, I can remove walls, doors etc no problem, even unlinking some external stairs so I could add extra set outside in a different location, and it all just worked.
The furniture is also well made, and gives you the chance to have something up and running in minutes, and, as I did, if you use the no shadows version, you can gradually swap to your own furniture to make it your own without having to cover up ugly shadows!

I absolutely love all your homes and how unique each of them are. I've been purchasing your homes since I started SL and you are my goto whenever I need a new home. I love this one and the fact there is a pool. I like how it has all you need and isn't taking up much room at all. Not to mention you can't go wrong for the price and the the amount of prims used blows my mind. Well done and thank you for having such a creative talent in building homes.

I bought this house for myself and a friend for her birthday, the house is gorgeous. I have been looking for a house in this style for a long time, everything is done to a high standard, a very spacious and cozy house, I give it 5 stars. My friend liked the gift. This house is a gorgeous gift.
