We are primarily a custom order merchant you may purchase our prefabricated items for the listed price or work with our Designer/Owner to come up with a custom order to suit your needs.

Custom orders are done on a contract basis with 1/2 of the price due up front 1/2 due upon satisfied completion.
Refunds will be for either full credit at our store or for a 2/3rd linden refund.
