I build simple items, some with open source scripting, some with purchased kits and content. Most will have mod and copy perms, as I make low impact items with basic building properties.

Sometimes, items glitch in SL. I try not to make anything complicated enough to have issues.Returns are allowed per SL guidelines. Most questions will be addressed within 48 hours, if I don't have any catastrophic fail...again.
