Notes:
This is result of experiments with ultralow prim buildings.
Is 1 LI mesh house with smooth animated door, physics.
Inside package you ll find also another way textured sculpt version, another mesh version. All are in 1 or 2 prims taken from yours land.
As it is mesh while I made custom LODs and physics, as any mesh it will reduce it visual shape depends on distance. 2 LI sculpt version will stay visible at very high distances.
Also door size may looks small. but normal heigh avatar (~2 meters) has no issues with that. For higher you may resize house (but it also may increase prim cost of it)
How to:
To open door, just click it or push into it. Reacts only on owner of the house. Inside door you may find notecard with door adjustments if you want to change settings. No there are no security. Use security orbs from any third party creator. Notecard settings commented.
Modification:
Neigther of this versions requires any special texture. You may retexture it with ANY regular texture you have or may have in inventory to suit yours taste.
Although sculpt version limited only for 2 faces. Roof and carcas. Mesh version has roof, inner and outer walls, support columns, inside outside floor.
Caveats:
- this house uses multiface sculpt, do not change building block type or multiface will be broken;
- texturing is the same basics to regular prim in SL but of course it requires knowing this basics. Please refer to SL FAQ or yours more experienced friends if not understand how to texture prims.
- this item contains mesh (invisible prim), on resizing it may increase number or prims taken from yours land.

I wish this was as simple as it sounds but
I followed the directions and still nothing was created. Unless there was something missing from the contents, this house is not worth the time I just spent trying to make it.

was looking for a low prim building to put in my store and here I found this nice little house.... Could not resist it and bought it...I am not dissappointed. It is a great product andf easy to set up. Would have love the texture to be included...but what am I saying...this is great value for this price..one can't beat!!
