Overview:
This is a great find for all of you beach product developers or off-sim builders! This is an amazingly detailed dock, and it's only 1 prim! Copy/Modify/Transfer permissions allow you to sell it as your own with the included sculpt maps, and you don't have to worry about giving Fox Labs credit, just so long as the object isn't copy AND transfer, you can sell it like you made it for the build!
