The item is useless to me since it's no mod despite being marked as MOD here on marketplace.

Great product, however...

The permission is falsely advertised. It is NO MOD. Apart from that everything is good. Price is super-low, the item is detailed and has only 1 land impact. Only textures are plain, but that's not a huge problem. I wish it was modifiable though, but at least it has resize script so you can adjust it.
