Haunted Isle II

This project is a culmination of 13 weeks work. At first it started out as a terrain revamp of Haunted Isle - as so many had asked me to, but it morphed into a full redesign after i decided the dated build could not be rehabilitated.
As a complete remake of an old favorite - Haunted Isle II has a familiar layout but also stunning new design elements, most notably a new boathouse, complete with a loft. A new lighthouse with living quarters, and a full remodel of the main house.
This large stately building sits above the water and boasts a tiled patio the circumference of the house.
A forest covers parts of the isle, complete with integrated sounds and ghostly ambiance.
At the rear of the property is an old mine, and a family graveyard. Plenty of space to add your own touches, or to throw raucous gatherings.
The large rusting lighthouse overlooks the rocky shoreline with a scenic balcony area, and has cozy open space living.
The boathouse loft is tucked away in a private corner of the property, complete with open plan living and a place to park the boat.
There is something for everyone on the isle.
With upgrades to mesh comes increased land impacts, so this build has doubled in land impact from the original and you will need to check your 1/4 sim parcel has the prim allowance to support 2260 Land Impact.

Amazing!!
Absolutely stunning build! Love everything about it. I currently use it for my shop. I love the sounds in this build, they just give it that extra detail that I love. The cave is very cool. The customer service is great. I had a problem with one of the buildings and the creator got back to me quick an solved the issue. Great design, highly recommend.

Easy & fast set up! Spooky!
There was less impact than stated on my little rented 1/4 sim so I was able to add a lot of spooky effects! This is a wonderful island for all your "spirited" gatherings. I may leave this up permanently! Halloween forever!
