I bought this plus the mesh and it took me a very long time to figure out how to set up the textures. I must admit, it was already late and I was tired so I gave up and continued the next morning. There are no instructions how to do it and even the textures on the example are not set correctly. In the morning I finally understood, that the texture coordinates and repetitions are completely off, so finally I was able to somehow make the whole thing work. In the end I wouldn't say it's a realistic looking roof, since it has no smooth edges. It's more or less a block with a plane with some keyed out alpha hanging over it and I don't think I'm gonna use it at all. I probably could have done a better one in Blender quicker than setting up those textures...anyway, it's very low prim, that might be the only good point about it. But I wouldn't buy it again, there is much better stuff out there!
