This is FINAL PRODUCT, it is textured, scripted and animated, if you were seeking sculpt maps, look in building section of my store.

Notes:
This was build as an idea of welcome area for sim or parcel. Is good in water and ground, in skybox, underground. There are no any scripts inside, sitting positions and animations as well as sound uses classic way of prim memory to remember correct things

As addition there are hidden area inside , There are no entrance there you may use any third party teleport system to do that, Or just sit on lowest half sphere prim to appears inside. then stand. To get out there just sit on ceil crystal you ll appears to sit on bench out of area. then stand. This is simple way of getting in out areas without using scripts at all and idea of welcome area as you understand keep resources specially scripting at very low level

Three versions, different textured, different way built:
20 prims from yours land. One piece 20LI stone island that rezzes and moves as one linked piece, alpha masking and material textures.
17 prims from yours land. Two pieces version 8+9 prims. One is solid, second is phantom. Need to select two pieces to move around. No material textures, uses alpha blending (unlike alpha masking versions possible alpha bug if placed next to another alpha plants)
15 prims from yours land. Three pieces version 7+4+4 prims. One solid, one is phantom, and one is phantom and alpha masking. Need to select all three parts if you plan to moving it around.

BONUS;
It is alternative textured isle. Unlike main item bonus serves as decoration for a waterfront sims to be place at the edge of a sim if you own a parcel of course at the edge. Offsim buildings not makes Lindens happy, but you still can find many of this at market. While it is offsim building it is useless to have surfaces be walkable or not as anyway you cannot walk outside sim. but you still can use right click and sit on surfaces. Although you cannot walk but you stil can be there. Just select a prim right click and sit. there are no scripts or animations, It uses yours sitting animation and prim memory to keep correct position and rotation of avatar to be sit at.

Use Instructions:
Rez object named "17 prim stone island" to ground. Be sure you have enough space for it... 15.5 meters right and left from the point you going to drop it. and at least 45 meters height.
That is all. You can adjust position as any other prim in SL after rezzing, just notice that tree with stone pile is separate object you will need to move it after too. Two separate parts made to not use laggy sculpt phantom child script. as tree must stays phantom, while main part must stays solid. Using two separate parts avoids using scripts.

Modification:
Whole object is modify and compatible with any texture you have or may have in inventory (exclude tree branches part). So you have numerous way to customize overal look of it.

Attention:
I have never had the following problems with my sculpt, but we are aware that this can happen: If the object continues to appear distorted, please force loading of the sculpt map by checking or unchecking the mirror and invert flags on the Edit -> Object Tab of the sculpt. If the problem continues, please check your LOD settings and your network connection to the SL server. If you don't know how to check these settings and connections, please ask your more-experienced friends for help.
