To change the 18+ texture (Diffuse) in "Textures (diffuse)", change the "Color" (to red, blue, pink, and so on). In the example on the first image, the red color is added.

Big sign, but you CAN change it
The sign has to be changed manually by selecting edit, then you must MANUALLY write the parameters in. I find 0.6 meters works best.
