My new favorite ride!
I recently purchased this vehicle and wish to share my experience. When I got it, it was no copy/no mod/no transfer. This upset me because it was advertised as a copy/mod item. So I contacted Ashley, the store owner, to correct the situation. I was totally blown away because she literally responded in under two minutes! I mean, it was almost immediate. She started working on it while we were in chat, and also offered me a full refund or another vehicle if I wanted. She also apologized and told me how embarrassed she was because she really believed in quality. Anyway, I told her that I really wanted this vehicle, and to take her time and fix it for me. Within another 20 minutes she sent me a new crate with the correct permissions, and stayed in chat with me until I rezzed the vehicles and made sure they worked. I did, they worked, and I was very pleased. I would recommend Capital Motors to anyone who is looking for cool retro vehicles in Second Life. I could not be more pleased with the product AND Ashley's commitment to service and excellence. I will definitely be buying more vehicles from Capital Motors in the future. Thank you, Ashley!
