While designed for a small art gallery or store, this will work well for a basic home as well. The building comes with two floors, separated by a ramp. The 1st floor has 16 artwork frames, and the 2nd floor has 20 frames, and each frame can be individually re-textured, so if you want to replace the artwork that comes with the build with your own art or with images of your wares, you're good to go. The entire building, including the artwork, only takes up 5 LI.
The 'trick' to keeping the LI low is that the artwork consists of one object with 6 artwork frames, the frames taking up one 'face', and the artwork taking up 6 faces. Note that the artwork frames are set to 'none' for physics. Use the 'select texture' option to swap out the textures for the artwork.
