A basic 2 story building, perfect for a business or home for those who wish to have a dwelling that isn't high LI. The building is set on a built-in 32x16 base, so that your building is level. While I originally designed this for use as a small store, just add a door and it'll make for a excellent home. It is set to copy and mod, so you can use the building in multiple projects and alter it to see fit.
