Package includes:
- 1 (no mod/copy/no transfer) 4 prims "Village House" rezzer object (contains inside 25+3 prims "Village House" (mod*/copy/no transfer);
- read me;

*House consist of two parts. One part that serves to walk inside and be able to not pass through walls and door is solid (3 prims part) it is NO mod, It is made to prevent you retexturing it as all invisible surfaces serves as memory cube for faster sculpt loads), Main part that is 25 prims is MOD, so you can retexture it.

Notes:
House is 7x11.5x7 meters, and suits very small parcels. Yes all you see at picture included in 28 prims. It is not fake 28 prims, it is 28 prims uses and counts at land. It is not mesh, so must work in every viewer. House is full furnitured, it has scripted sounds, and effects, but NO any animations, thought you can correct sit on stools inside house without any script.

Making complex building like a houses is not easy work to me. As it requires designer skills (I have not), patience (time is valued), creating speeding tricks (time is valued), custom scripting (adjusting is boring) and need to write this long description to answer all possible questions and as I am not English it takes me more time then to build whole house.

There are was several attempts to make house based only at my sculpts that I have in my store. First one based on "hunter house" sculpt map was not wide released. But I got all my strength and made this (I think very cute) one "village house". Named it type.001.1 cause happens to have other village houses maybe other architecture. And one after dot because you can find also type,001.0 at market. Absolutely all sculpts (exclude pipe, not sure it is best looking) that uses in this house you can separately purchase in my store if you would like to create something like this for own business.

Main idea of course is to make it as low prim as possible and low lag. In final it is 25+3 prims. I write it this way cause house consists of 2 parts. 1 phantom (main part that is 25 prims) and 1 solid (support part with door that is 3 prims). It is just technical detail that explains the best of building without using any lagging phantom child scripts that some builders uses instead of just making separate part phantom. You may not care about it cause rezzer will rez already correct positioned house with both parts suit each other.

Formally house self is 4 prim (it is 1 prim visual shell of house, 1 prim scripted sculpt door and 2 invisible prims for support. All other in this 28 prim building is decoration: furniture, lamp, table, stools, shelves, bed, old bathtub, bucket, cart wheel, flower shelves, flowers, pots, fireplace and so on. So if you really want to keep prims at parcel you are free to unlink house prim and use it with 3 prims alone. If you have own furniture or would like to design self.

This house do not contains any special textures like many other builders do. ALL textures used in this house are regular. What that means? It means you can change visual looking of it numerous ways with those textures you already have in inventory. YES, ANY regular texture will be compatible with ANY sculpt in house.
Technical nuance. while sculpt prim in SL OFFICIAL has only one face. this house uses special technology of multiface sculpts. It means you need to select first FACE at SCULPT to change texture otherwise all sculpt will be covered with one texture (thought you can fix it of course just selecting face). Selecting face happens the same way as you separate texture faces at regular cube for example. If you not sure how to do this basic thing ask yours more experienced friend for how to texture separate faces.

House has no any security system (it is mostly useless) as much better to use one security system for whole parcel instead of using tons of lagging scripts inside house, making it difficult to remember as every house builder has own feeling of comfort for end user. Butterflies not switches off, lamp and fireplace works on off on touch. Water animation works without scripts. Correct sit points inside house work without scripts.

This house is low prim and very pretty all the furniture is top quality and modifiable as well as the house is perfect for enticing my target newby renter. The lights and fire work and the inside light even has moths flying around it as usual very impressed. Nekka is one of my absolute favourite shops both inworld and on Marketplace.
