Design for easy inworld texturing needs, it comes with 11 texture surfaces:

This is great for when you just need a room with a view and don't have much land impact to work with. The thing is modify, so you can get a little creative with it. One thing to note that there is a tiny, tiny bit of light bleed by the frame of the door, but it is forgivable given the cost of the box and the super low land impact.
