A fairly simple cliff face mainly intended to cover the annoying stretched textures you get on steep slopes with system ground. The top surface is fully walkable and rezzable and multiple cliffs can be placed side by side and overlapped with no texture flickering.
The cliff face is textured with fairly neutral library textures but hopefully you will retexture it to suit your land. It has five individually tesxtureable faces, one for the top, one narrow strip along the edge and four for the vertical rock face. The reason the vertical face is split into four is to allow for different textures above and below water but it can also be useful for adding a blending texture along the bottom - or you can ignore that feature and texture the rock face as a whole, the way it is by default.
The cliff face is resizeable and will stay at 3 LI at most sizes, but for very small sizes you will have to change the physics shape to convex hull or accept a slight LI increase.

Do not adjust your viewer!
Well, you can if you want to but you don't have to.
OPQ meshes are made to look good with any standard graphics setting on any viewer and there is no need to lag your computer down with high RenderVolumeLODFactor. (And there's no need for ALM ("Advanced Lighting Mode") either but unlike the LOD factor which is only to compensate for poorly made mesh, ALM does improve the look of everything if your computer can handle it.)
