This is an 3D Tech Donations Board With Progress Metre, it has a large panel with "Donations" design, but it is easy to change it for your club or sim logo. The progress metre underneath will change as your donation total approaches your target.

It is copy and mod, so you can change it's size etc. to suit your requirements. It has a wide range of useful features (listed below), all of which can be turned on or off using the built in menu system. (Script no mod).
Like all of my products, this donations box are "Rez 'n Go", so you have no need to change any of the settings to use it, it's ready to go from the off. You can personalise your donation box to suit your personal requirements. No Scripting is necessary, you simply use the box's menu system and enter any text changes into a note-card.
