Creator needs to send a copy to an alt - bad permissions, broken animation
On receiving this, I get two notecards I don't have permission to read, and when I wear the stick, it appears an animation starts to play for a split second, but it doesn't persist (and my AO is off). It also pushes me deep underground for that moment. I think it needs a little work - better send a copy to an alt to check how it works for your customers!
