This is a 6 room single story enclosed unfurnished skybox condo structure only.
No furnishings or artwork are included with this build.
Fully linked, this condo has a land impact of 15 prims.
The size footprint is 30m by 30m by approximately 5m high.
Once placed at your desired location, carefully unlink each of the two interior doors and set each door to Phantom so you can walk through them.

directions say to carefully unlink doors and set to phantom so can walk thru. Building is no modify so can not unlink the doors to do that. Thus I had to use extra prim to set up ports to go from room to room...
