[7+] PREFAB STORE & CLUB ML1

I was looking for a loft type store building that looks spacious, well lit, and well ventilated, and at the same time doesn't look too conventional for a commercial space, and this is perfect. I love that it is very detailed, has great textures, allows for texture modification (thanks for the full perm textures), has a great design, and the price is unbeatable. If you're interested in this build, you should see it in-world because the photos don't do it justice. If anything, I wish it's a bit less primmy, but I can overlook that considering all the great qualities of this build. Even the rezzer is great, it gives you a guide as to which is the front side (I was looking for a de-rezz button though, but you can easily delete the parts). Thanks for this! :)

You impressed my hard to impress friend with this build. I really loved it when I stopped into your Sim and had a chance to go through it. The pics here do not do this justice. Its is classy but casual enough to do many things. I liked I was able to make a few mods to it without issue and the one thing that was really nice was you made it so I had the prim on the ground with it showing what direction to put it in before I totally rezzed it. Thank you !!

I originally purchased it for a photo studio and gallery space. Now I'm using it for other things. No matter how I use it people always love it. Thank you for making this!

I fell in love with this building the minute I saw it. I wish it were a little less "primmy" but otherwise it is a great quality build for the money. I hope to see more like this from the creator.

This is the best club building I have seen on SL so far. It was well worth the L's. TBH it should have been more then 499.If you looking for a well made club this is the one. I hope the creator if this comes out with more items like this.
