Hi. This is a rezzer box. It rezzes a 75m x 75 m skybox. The skybox has a ground texture menu, click ground to activate.
The mega prim skydome will rez around the rez box so place the rez box central to your parcel or where you want the rez to be. Fine position the whole skybox by positioning the rezzer box with right click and edit. The skybox will follow the rez box positioning.
Yes copy yes mod and 4 prim LI - but remember editing size will 'snap' it to 64m, so stick to textures, tints and shapes !
