A simple little cottage with fireplace.
Chin Rey's Keswick Cottage 1610 has a similar layout to my Coniston Cottage 1610 series but with more details and a more old fashioned look, perfect for a mid 20th century scene and also suitable for a Victorian landscape. It also has a higher ceiling, giving it a stockier look and making it easier to navigate inside for those who for some reason still use SL's default birdseye view camera position. It was originally made for the densely built little town in the sim it's named after but is equally at home in an open rural landscape.
The Keswick Cottage 1610 comes in several different finishes (and the house is fully modifiable and can be retextured if you don't like any of the ready made variants) and also with different window configurations. This variant, the 02Gf, has a rather worn plaster exterior but inside it's all renovated, light and clean. Please note, the 1610 02Df, 02Ef, 02Ff and 02Gf are very similar. If you're only going to have one of them, it hardly matters which you choose but if you want several copies close to each other, you'll want them all for the extra variety.

Modifying the item
Chin Rey's Keswick Cottage 1610 02Gf is fully modifiable. That means you can resize it to any size you like (either manually or with the enclosed MBAGR resizer script) and change the textures to anything you like.
(To avoid any misunderstanding: Chin Rey's Keswick Cottage 1610 02Gf will be listed as not modifiable in you inventory. That is because it contains no-mod scripts. Once rezzed, the item itself can be modified any way you like.)

Yes, I know, there are too many variants in this series. But the basic good old fashioned little home is just so versatile, I keep modifying it to fit new surroundings. There is a system in the madness though, are you ready for it?
