A house made for those residents who wish to completely texture their home.
The house has a footprint of approximately 16 * 14 as sold but includes a menu driven re-size facility. Click on the house and you will see a menu for re-sizing. The LI of only 13 increases to 26 when size is increased by 40%.
I have included a version with very high LOD (LI 50). This version will disappear completely before it shows signs of "braking up". However the 13 LI version shows in the picture that it remains "unbroken" at well over 64 m distance. For many this will be adequate but for those with ample land capacity then the high LOD version my be preferred. Please note the version displayed In-World is the 13 LI one. Please note that windows may be textured differently on both sides. Also some texture surfaces will be discovered using "edit linked" and "select face" in the build menu. There are 26 different texture surfaces in the house so plenty of scope for individual preferences.
You may find that using "planar" mapping rather than "default" gives the best results and also allows easy matching of textured faces.
Scripts in doors are set as copy only. The doors will open for anybody initially. However, if you place your mouse pointer over the door, and when it turn into a hand drag it away downwards, a menu will appear. This allows you to set permissions for owner, group or everyone. In addition the notecard inside the door itself may be edited to allow access only to named avatars. Detrails on the NC itself.
The small area under the balcony has windows that are textured separately from the rest in the house. You may wish to include a shower here for example and this window could easily be made opaque or scripted for owner control.
The raised area is of a size to accomodate a SL bed but you may decide the view dictates use as a seating/relaxing area. Just as with the textures the house allows flexible arrangements and any added walls can not only be textured to exactly match others but with a LI of only 13 hardly dent capacity of most land packages.
