I have been renting from the Chungs now for about 8 years.
I put my full trust in them and can honestly say that i have always enjoyed all my land from the chungs. To be quite honest, they are the only company i trust in Second Life. Many times i have seen other real estates offering the world but then all of a sudden that real estate is gone from second life. Not exactly great to log in to find your land is gone along with your sim creation. So i have been very sceptiacal about renting from anyone else in sl. With the chungs you get peace of mind with 24/7 support. Its very important you are able to put trust into a real estate company/business and i find i can trust the chungs fully to not only support you as a tenant/renter, but also their rental prices are reasonable, Not the cheapest in sl by far, but id rather pay that bit extra to know my land will be there with my creation on it when i next log in. Sadly i can not say that for other real estates who offer the world and take your lindens and then vanish from second life. So if you are looking for a reliable real estate to rent from. Then go visit Lorena Chung. You wont be disapointed. She is amazing.
