Don't buy this hat unless you have a tiny head, because you have to make it Huge to fit.

A very high quality mesh with a very nice design! Perfect if you want that final touch for a fancy costume or fantasy attire!
A steal for the price
Very lightweight mesh (1 land impact when rezzed), high-quality texture, and a color HUD to change multiple aspects of the hat with different colors and textures. If you're looking for an awesome hat for a fantasy setting or a costume this is definitely one to look into.
Not sure what the person complaining about textures not resizing is talking about, mine resized just fine to a MUCH larger avatar than the original hat. Sounds like they didn't have 'stretch textures' checked when they did it since it retains all the same detail at just about any size.
