In most of the cases there are two versions. The ownerversion, which can only be used by the owner of the vehicle. And the Multi-userversion. This version, the owner can change to group or everybody. The vehicles are driven by a menu. Vehicles with a hitch can draft a trailer from ACCC Motors. More details of the features can be seen on the picture. You can look at the vehicles inworld at:

Unfair approach to buyers
Creator stated in the description that the most of his vehicle is available in both modes: owner only or multiuser. It wasn't stated that this one is owner only. Reply from the creator:
