ADK - BACHELOR HOUSE -

There is Much missing in the description so here goes... This home is on par with other houses of same quality and price range. There are some amazingly cheap($) luxury homes on the SLMP nowadays. I feel the Li is a bit high for this since it is w/out furniture in the pic. Would be helpful to mention this and the other specs of the item in the item description.

For builders like me, it was worth the money to mod it how I wanted to (for the most part), so kudos for giving us that perm :-) It saved the item. (Still sad about the actual no transfer as advertised.)
