I have to say that your work is very good but your Customer Service really sucks. I have been waiting over a week to have this couch sent to me. Due to a error in sl. I sent your messages and your don't answer them. I have sent a ticket on your item for your will not answer me. Its sad that I have to write this for your work is good. Maybe you will help those that are paying you good money not to get their items. Thank for it was a Christmas gift that didn't happen
