I couldn't decide, so I'll let you. This SET includes 3 versions of the same home.

1. Original Version - This house has an open, wrap around porch.
LI = 222 fully furnished; 132 unfurnished

2. Open Concept (OC in object title) - This house has an added sunroom, with only a half wall, or pony wall.
LI = 233 fully furnished; 148 unfurnished

3. Bonus Room - this house has an added bonus room with a complete wall and door entry.
LI = 238 fully furnished; 149 unfurnished

Here are some things you should know about your new home:

♥ This build (and some furnishings) is partial mesh. It has been linked in order to provide you with a minimal land impact.
*** IF YOU UNLINK MESH, IT MAY INCREASE THE LAND IMPACT***

♥ WARNING: If you unlink the doors, window panes and light bulbs, they will no longer work with the house control system.

♥ House is Copy/Mod - NO Transfer
*** This does not include scripts, however, SOME scripts may be copy/mod - they will never be transferable ***

♥ Stained glass windows have a texture changing feature in them. You may add your own textures if you wish. Simply go to Edit > Edit Linked > Content tab > drag your texture into contents. ~ The changer script is not modifiable
