Check out the Captain's Retreat by visiting his sim and be sure you`re set to midnight and look at how incredible not only the Captain's Retreat looks but how his entire sim looks. I found this creator by simply passing through it on my boat. I rented a boat slip from him and then figured out that everything around me that drew me in, i could have myself! Incredible builds.
