not great, even for the low price
First, it is full perm and it is low priced. Couple of big problems, though: By modern standards it's very high Land Impact (2) for what it is, and it's only the top surface of the plant -- viewed from below, there's nothing to be seen. The disappointing part of the high Land Impact score is that it's not just the Physics weight (2.4) which can be ignored if linked as a Physics Model = None child prim, but the Download weight is also high (2.1 as packaged) which is very heavy for the overall quality of this (single-sided) model.
On the other hand, another reviewer commented on the alpha texture, but the supplied texture is fine. It may be that s/he was bothered by the usual alpha-sorting bug -- nothing to do with the texture itself but rather the overlap of textured surfaces in the model, and anyway that's now easily fixed by changing to Alpha mode = Alpha masking (albeit with some jagginess, compared to Alpha blending).
This creator has *much* better products on offer. I'm not sure what went wrong here. (Perhaps an early attempt while first learning mesh modelling?)

the alpha textures on this plant are really messed up honestly cheapens it
tho the detail on the textures is very high resolution and nice quality
I personally cant use this due to the alphas overlapping so badly
