Bots roam SL and collect data on us and on our land. Groups or individuals may use this data to obtain unfair advantages or to spy on us.
Be aware of the bots around you. Touch the HUD and scan the sim to detect the bots in the region.

Linden Lab policy guidelines require that bots be marked as such.
However many bots do not respect these guidelines as their owner didn't want to register them.

Bots = registered automated agents, managed by a program rather than a person.
Botlike Agents = probably unregistered bots.

This hud will detect both marked and unmarked bots.
NOTE
Marked bots detection is 100% certain, while unmarked bots detection is somewhat less certain. Some can escape detection and some people can be wrongly flagged as Botlike Agents. However this hud will get it right with a high probability.
