This is a plugin for [:AT:] Universal Doors systems
You can setup any of the Universal Doors with a keypad lock mostly intented for roleplay use, but can be used for anything else, including a prop.
Setting up the Keypad to Universal Door Systems
1. Rez AT newkeypad
2. Allign keypads to the doors, move the door button if nessesary
3. Link the keypad to the door
4. Repeat this step with as many keypads you like for the door (Usually one on each side is enough)
5. Insert the script AT Keypad script v4 (Universaldoor) into the door's contents
6. DONE!
You can recolor the keypad's display with SL's edit tools however you wish.
Advanced modify hint:
Any saved tenant key and code from a previous keypad will be preserved as its stored in description fields of the door and doorbutton prims!
You can use this to transfer codes and tenant keys between doors!
Using the Keypads
Press the CFG button to claim an unlocked door
Optionally enter a number code (pressing Enter without enterring a code, will unlock the door)
Press Enter
Press CLR to clear the code
You are the keyholder of that door, you can use the "Onetouch verify" system, that means just press the door opener button and it will always open for you
Other people (or you if you choose to) have to enter the number combination, and press the enter button to open the door
Close the door by pressing the door opener button. When the door is open, anyone can press the door opener button to close it
As the owner of the door, you can always press CFG to reclaim a locked door. This is a safety feature incase you get locked out of a door.
Universal door Autoclose times will still continue to operate as expected.
Power-User feature: Click the I/O port on the bottom of the keypad to access the hacking interface
The Hacking interface is a code cracking minigame, that is using semi-realistic memory address accessing and binary or hexadecimal maths puzzle solving.
