A once nice home, this house is now located on the bad side of town. There have been reports of vagrants sleeping within the house at night as well as the faint glow of a candle from the window.
It has been unkept for a long time, but it's perfect for evil plans, secret meetings, or whatever you may think of! Heck, you can even kick out the vagrants & rent the place out. Beware though, the door falls off the hinges when opened!
It's a perfect addition for any commercial or industrial area and great for role play.
The abandoned house has a 20x12 footprint.
