This nice Tuscan style house has a footprint of 22,5 x 26 meter and has 2 levels. It makes you dream to be in Mediterranean Italy. Highly detailed and build with care. Therefore the house has a bit more prims then I usually need. To reduce prims you can take back items in your inventory.
The bathroom is luxurious and decorated with Italian tiles in warm terra colours with a working hottub and shower.
The kitchen is fully equiped with an induction cooker and oven, an animated refridgerator/freezer combination and a running watertap.
Most windows have curtains which can be opened by touch. The curved curtains you operate by the curtain switch on the wall. The curved curtain upstairs can be operated separately from the one downstairs.
The house including curtains, bath and shower, patio fountain and wood fires and kitchen has 260 prims.
The house is in its sort very reasonably priced. Not in range of your purse? Then keep your dream for later and try the simpler house Amalfi 2

Extraordinarily Detailed House!!!
Bought this house thinking the house wouldn't be as nice as the pictures - SURPRISE - it was BETTER!!! I just bought more land so I upgraded to Agadir Farida. Another stunning house in the series. I highly recommend both houses. If you don't have the money for the land like that, I also, highly recommend the Dollarbee Hacienda. I started there a very long while back under a different name.
