AGADIR QALIL

The design of this house is based on a mixture of an Arabian house with some Mediterranean influences. This house is called QALIL, which means 'Little'. And yes this is the smallest house in the Agadir series. The details and decoration are so natural that after a few minutes you don't even notice, that you walk around in a virtual world but some were in Morocco. With in the distance the call for prayer of the muezzin you sit on your porch, the sound of the fountain behind you, sipping your wine and gazing over the sea. This makes your life good!!

HOW DOES THIS HOUSE LOOK LIKE
The house has a footprint of 20 x 15 m and fits on a parcel of at least 512 sqm but larger is recommended. With all the odds & ends it has a land impact of 88 LI

- A livingroom with open fireplace in Arabian style with a realistic woodfire
- A lovely patio with a Morrocan fountain and tiled wall.

SCRIPTS INCLUDED
- The frontdoor is multi users lockable, The manual you find in the content tab of the door.
- All curtains open and close on touch
- Open fire in living and smoking chimney.
- Outside wall lamps lit at sundown.

LAND IMPACT: 88

ATTENTION!!!
For a good performance to see the house also from a bit of a distance Please set your RenderVolumeLodfactor on at least 4.
You do that in the ADVANCED MENU (Ctrl Alt D). Go to 'debug settings' or
'Show debug settings '. Fill in the box RenderVolumeLodFactor and change the number into 4.

If you first like to have a walkthrough the house, go to the Shopity Rezzingarea. You can buy directly from the rezzingvendor.

ENJOY!
