Everytime I log on and see this mobile home sitting in the pasture it makes me smile. The creator reallly paid attention to detail and made it very easy to modify as well. Can't give it enough stars.

Plus, if you don't like the three colors offered by the seller, with a little knowledge and skill in object texturing, you can paint the outside any color you want!

I love this trailer! It is so detailed and has so much character. I've been living in it since I got it, and it was well worth the price. I like the texture changing options, and that the lights work. All the animations are top notch. A++

LOVE this trailer! Easy to set up, has great textures, has working lights. And all the separate accessories that are made for this really compliment and complete the home. I can almost smell the cigarette smoke and spilled Coors Light in the carpet.
