Seriously, what I like most about this simple build is it's simplicity. It's mod so you can do it up your way. I changed the carpeting to avocado shag, I ripped out the kitchen and installed a 1960s style. I changed all the wood paneling to pine PBR. The last thing that I intended to do was to "trash" it and scatter old tires, an abandoned car, etc. about. But I like this little trailer so much that I decided to keep it looking pretty.
The only downside is the lack of a trailer hitch in front. Otherwise, It's looking fairly authentic to me. I was going to build my own, but at this price I decided my time is more important than a few $L.
