The Aldywn House

This smaller 2 story home comes in at only 176 prims. And with a base of only 30x30 it will fit almost anywhere.

The main floor has a nice sized living room and 2 other rooms.
The second floor has 4 bedrooms.

The lights are not linked to the building so you can easily copy more of them or remove some of them and they are on/off by touching them.

Material textures were used, you need to have "Advanced Lighting" checked in preferences to see the added detail.

Kool door scripts were used, as owner you can set the access (owner, group, everyone, list of names) and auto-close time. These are also up gradable to the RP version.
