Rowans Quarters {boxed}

A nice little 3 room stone cottage. This one can sunk into the ground pretty far to match your landscape and make less teraforming for you.

it is 36x24 at the base and only 148 prim including the plants.

*Update* This now comes with 2 rez boxes, same build just a choice of brown or gray
Material textures were used, you need to have "Advanced Lighting" checked in preferences to see the added detail.

Kool door scripts were used, as owner you can set the access (owner, group, everyone, list of names) and auto-close time. These are also up gradable to the RP version.
