Alkimia - Dark Heart Collar (Peanut No9) Box Versión 01

i placed it on the update box andthen it poofed and its no where to be found not in invatory either and cant find out how to get a redelivary

I want my money back!!! i rezzed it out to update it and add the picture and it poofed and it wont let me redeliver it!

I loved the look of this collar! I loved it to pieces i tried to rezz it out to modify the collar and when it rezzed on box i rezzed to drag on drop it to, it rezzed for 2 second and went poof. There was a message in local chat stating Appearance: you are not allowed to rezz this object. I never got the collar back in my inventory. Check lost and found folder, trash folder, and the original item folder. I puchased this item twice just bc I loved the collar so much but I am sorry, Creator, learn how to do right by your customers. At least let the item be redeliverable.

I tried to rez the collar and it disappeared and now I cant get it back because I was going to add a photo to it and it just poofed gone.....
