Permissions; the prims are copy/mod, you can change textures and resize as you whish and rez another copy when you screwed it up.
The animations are copy only ... Soooo you can copy the animations to your inventory and load them in another furniture of yours.
All engine scripts are full perm.
Beware of builds where you do not have COPY AND MOD as then you will get bored with it as it is stagnant.
