Over view: Take your friends on an undersea adventure, (blake sea) explore parts of second life you may not have known, even existed. Become immersed in the operation and realistic functionality of this vehicle; make sure you have enough oxygen and battery power; monitor carbon dioxide levels. Customize the submarine using a powerful color changing system that is capable of saving and sharing custom color combinations with other owners. Make use of the fully functional interactive dashboard and steering device. Become the captain of the most complex, most advanced submarine within second life.
(Note) During the development process I personally spent a lot of time researching exactly how submarines work, so I can say with complete confidence that this submarine is very realistic in its functionality. This is not a simple vehicle; you will have go through a learning process in order to operate it well, (do not expect to just sit in and go).

It is so realistic that it becomes tedious.
1st purchase day: It's good, but it's starting to look old. The functionality is excellent, the immersion experience is very good, but there must be an option that makes your job easier. On my first dive I returned home in Blake with headache, I couldn't find an option to help me keep a stable depth, I had to manually fill and empty the ballest to maintain an average depth. I lost my orientation several times between seeing the controls, looking at the bottom of the sea, avoiding the irregularity of the bottom and handling the ballest. I think SL is a place to have fun, this submarine is too realistic for a fun learning, the speed of the submarine made the first dive heavier, 10 knots top speed makes you feel like sitting on a turtle. I have used it once and I don't know when I will dive again. Perhaps a realistic version like the current one and another easy to use for those who are learning or just want to have fun could be fine. It is not a bad sub, but it is not a product designed for all types of users. Update: 4 days after my purchase. I was about to make my 2nd dive, I customize the colors, at the end I keep a "copy" in my inventory, I just realized that when I rezz a submarine it becomes "no copy", to put it in another way, if for some reason something damages the scripts or the scripts go wrong (almost everything with scripts at some point fails) I have to delete my "no copy" submarine and I will lose my customization.
one drawback but still five stars
I would love to use this more in my RP but being no mod I cannot use it with the crane on my ship.
A mod version if even more expensive would be great.
A fun toy every explorer needs!
This is so fun and smooth. It is realistic as described by the creator. Great submarine!
Submarine off the port bow!
Probably one of the best watercraft I've operated in my Second Lifetime. Once you get a handle on the basics it's just a matter of glancing at your power and oxygen/carbon dioxide levels and surfacing when you need to replenish your supply of breathable air and battery power. I've already taken this baby out on some long treks through the waters of Blake Sea and have noticed the marked difference in perspective between sailing on the water's surface and plumbing the depths below. If I find an undiscovered aquatic civilization I'll be sure to greet the citizenry on behalf of the rest of the air-breathers out there. If possible we'll have to see about using the sub's built in sonar to communicate in a way that's analogous to how dolphins usually talk to each other. If we can ever understand them, more than likely we'll just receive a message that says "SO LONG AND THANKS FOR ALL THE FISH."
Very cool - revised
This is an amazing submarine with many cool features, very good documentation, easy to use, and low prim. My only wish is it would be made such to support people of realistic sizes around 5 feet in height. We are seeing many aircraft and such now that have built in support to be completely re-scaled/resized down or up to better fit customers, some of which crafts far more complex so this should not be too hard here. Another option would be to offer two in the box, a scaled down version for those of us around 5'9 and the current sized one. I look forward to seeing more offerings from this maker, especially submarines, boats/ships fitted for those of us under 8 feet and perhaps drones with models for both land and sea. I have taken many people out on this sub and we have gone for tours for hours and all had a great time, the only negative point being seats not fit realistic size people too well if at all. Other than that, very well done.
Another WIN WOO HOO!
Soo much fun!
Keep getting a warning light at first, but that was my bad driving.I soon got the hang of it.
Love to sail, but this is something totally different. :))))
Thanks sooo much money well spent!
