Dual Review Animated & Bento
Since i just got an update from this one for the bento, i'll review both. While the texturing is a bitch (and 300+prims to rez), the animated mesh tail is lovely, doesn't glitch, slow gentle swing, and resizable so it even works for a cow tail. The complexity was 100k... 3/5
The bento one is easier to texture, but the animations are all over the place. I wish there was a way to turn of the typing animation in the tail as well. I've been able to just rename one of the other animations the typing animation name and it works fine. 3/5 Would love to see a 'stop' animation in it as well, to make it stick out straight for modding reasons.
An ok tail, probably the best out there right now for lions/unicorns
I like how it tapers instead of having a tuft, as I use it for a feral unicorn, but you can't tint the base and the tip separately, and it has a very high render cost. I assume the cost is due to being animated mesh, sadly.
Although it'd make it unusable for the horse I am using it for, though, I'd be interested to see this remade/updated to have a bento version, as it is a nice tail.
ABSOLUTELY AMAZING
ive been searching for a tail like this for years and years and years and this one is perfect!! ...had some issues with removing the hair at the base contacted the creator and they helped me ASAP ...I am one happy happy Hulder!! I have the perfect Mesh tail!!!!
i want one like this long time ago ...
and now here it is !!!!
finally !! i like this but i prefer there are a texture applier :D it would be more easy to apply our own textures :>
New and improved.
It fills a nice niche missing from a lot of the other tails out there, slick and slim as it is but with an ample range of motion lacking in otherwise static tails. Suits the kemono quite nicely.
Additionally, I wasn't expecting an additional speed state setting but I'm quite glad to have it.
