The script inside you will put into your object with the texture and it will flow like real water in a slow motion. Once the script has been put in once you can remove the script from the object and it will still continue to animate it. Which helps lower script usage. It can be used with any texture you would like but the one provided is high quality, tileable, and seamless, as shown above.
When you purchase them, they will be sent to your avatar inworld so you can use them right away.

Resell them as full permissions, outside of Secondlife, nor give them away to anyone else to use.

Good for a waterfall type of movement
The script makes the water (or any texture) move in one direction, like on a scrolling loop. It's not actually animated like shimmering water, it's a static texture scrolling. It works well for certain types, like a waterfall, etc. It didn't work for what I needed it to do, but could be good for certain needs.

I think I might be able to explain the different reviews. The directions are difficult to follow, for more than one reason, but for the price... They give you all the essential info for setup if you can follow it. lol Also, it could have been packaged better for the buyer.
Problem: The water will not move. It is just a picture of water.
Solution: Make sure you put the script (the file named "Lindonairess - Smooth Water Flow") into the contents window of your object so it becomes a part of your object.
A little different explanation of How To, I hope this helps. Cheers!
1. Place the item on your property.
2. Right click on it and select "Open." You should see two items labeled "Lindonairess - Seamless Water" and "Lindonairess - Smooth Water Flow". The first is the texture, the second the flow script.
3. Copy items to Inventory.
4. On your land, right click the item you want to apply the texture to and select "Edit".
5. Under the Texture tab, you will find where you can drag your new water texture from your inventory to the texture preview box. You will see your texture applied to your object after this step is complete.
6. Do not close your Edit menu.
7. Under the Content tab, you will see a window showing everything within that object. From your inventory, select and drag the " Lindonairess - Smooth Water Flow" file into the contents window, and close the edit menu. You should now see your object animate.
