Full-perm script that generates an animation menu based on the animations in the prim's contents.
The menu is restricted to the owner and supports hundreds of animations, including an optional idle animation.
The script has been optimized for easy editing.

Broken
In testing this script, a MAJOR issue has come up. When stopping the animation, the animesh object (in this case a tail), warps off center and cannot be fixed. This is problematic and needs to be fixed.
